I just comr back to Thurrock West. The team just amazing ,love the stay as been looked after. Food was great,room was clean ,bed is vety compftible. The receptionists are very lovely.

Was right on the doorstep of where I was working. Loads of parking and added bonus, restaurant and bar are on site so no going to the bar next door on the freezing cold.
Staff more than helpful and friendly. Didn't take long for the food to come, it was piping hot and delicious. You have to pay to park and collect a QR code from reception.

Ive stopped in premier inn all over the uk and as far as im concerned the service at this premier inn is head and shoulders above the rest.
The staff here as far as im concerned should be a bench mark for the company and others should look how service should be done ive ask the ladies there names that as far as im concerned should have a massive well done by the management the ones ive spoken too are Sandeep Ranata Zeveli Ausra ( evening) all I can say is these need a massive pat on the back for their service and helpfulness a credit to Premier inn

It was the most amazing stay in this family friendly hotel. Staff where very friendly, very helpful, with welcoming attitude. We been stopped with family,we were surprised with the kids treats in the room.We stayed before many times,and all the time,was our stay brilliant. We had dinner in evening, which we had was delicious kids had a meal for £1. Breakfast in the morning was also nice,it was a lot what to choose kids where eaten cereals, pancakes. The rooms are always very spacious, clean and the beds are very comfortable.

The reception and the manager are providing misleading information to guests. They informed me that I could pay on the last day of my stay before checking out, but when I attempted to use the pay machine, it only allowed me to pay for one night. This means my two previous nights are marked as unpaid, and I could incur a fine for not settling the payment. The manager was unhelpful and rude, stating it wasn't her issue because the parking isn't managed by Premier Inn. While that may be true, it's unacceptable to give guests incorrect information about payment timelines.

Good location for Lakeside shopping centre. It's a bit too far to explore London as public transport requires many changes. Service is below what I've experienced at other Premier Inns previously: Didn't bother making the beds on the 2nd day of stay. Uncomfortable 4th bed. Not enough pillows or towels were given for a family of 4. Not enough tea bags for a 2 night stay but got more from reception. Parking is very reasonable at £7 for 24 hours.

Stayed here for 2 nights last weekend, while visiting family in london.
The first room we were given was very hot due to the air con not working and having no opening windows as I couldn't sleep I went down to complain, and was met by Jamie a very pleasant and helpful young man within a few minutes I was smiling again as Jamie was very understanding and allocated me a new room with a opening window.
The rest of our stay was perfect thank you Jamie. Good breakfast , nice bar and breakfast area . Staff exceptional.
The only downside is parking charges which is odd because I would expect free parking because of the location.

Have stayed here many times in the past but this time wasn't as good. Had problems with the room but because we only raised them when we left nothing was done about it. The reason we didn't inform them earlier was because we arrived late and had a long day out the next day, so just wanted to go to bed. Also parking is very expensive, £7 for each 24 hours, never had to pay if you stayed at the hotel. Will look for somewhere different for our next trip.

I had a booking for my birthday and I was very impressed to see a nice surprise in my room( a small present with chocolate and balloons), I was so touched… On arrival, check-in was very smooth, staff helped to check in with self-checking kiosk. The room was warm, bright and clean. Night time was quiet and silent, with no noise, the bed was really big size and so comfy, I slept well. In the morning breakfast area wasn't crowded, and smelled of nice food. Breakfast was really good we had everything that we needed. All staff are friendly and helpful. I really like this hotel and in future, I will choose this hotel again because of the perfect location.

It's alright, the food is good from the restaurant but the service from the front desk isn't great. I waited 30 minutes for someone only for them to tell me I must book online, what if I didn't have access to the Internet!! It's ridiculous that you can just book a room, not impressed.

We recently stayed at West Thurrock Premier Inn and, unfortunately, this experience was incredibly disappointing. The room was dirty from the moment we walked in. There were noticeable marks on the bed, and the desk chair was covered in crumbs and liquid stains. The floor was the worst part—clearly, it hadn’t been hoovered since the last guest. There were bits all over the floor, which would have been bad enough on its own, but with a 1-year-old, it became impossible to let her crawl or play without her getting covered in dirt.
The room had an unpleasant smell, like wet dog, which only worsened as the room got warmer, turning into a damp, musty odor. We tried opening the windows to help with the smell, but that made the room cold, and with a young child, that wasn’t ideal. Despite being there for three days, no one came to clean the room. By the second day, we had to put our trash outside because the bin was full and the smell was becoming unbearable.
Overall, the room felt in desperate need of a refresh. A new coat of paint, fresh carpet, and a new desk chair would have made a big difference. Wet towels were left on the floor for the entire duration of our stay, as no one came to collect or replace them.
To make matters worse, we couldn’t even raise these concerns easily, as there was rarely anyone at the reception desk when we went out.
We’ve stayed in many Premier Inns before, and while we know they’re not luxury hotels, we’ve always had clean, comfortable stays. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case here, and we doubt we’ll stay at this particular location again.

We paid for the breakfast in advance. Our 12 and 10 year old children were sent down to begin once showered and changed. My wife then joined them only to be accused of returning repeatedly to eat. This was done in front of all the guests and caused deep embarrassment. We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years and are shocked. We asked them to check their cameras and prove this. I would like to be contacted by premier inn to discuss this.

We had an amazing time at hotel and Edita and all other staff were very friendly and welcoming. We were treated with kindness and hospitality all through our stay. Surly we will be back again 👍🏿.

The manager Edita and her entire team were fabulous. I have been going to the hotel for 18 years but this time was a bit different because of Edita and her team. They made us very comfortable. I will recommend the hotel any time. Thank you

Triple charged for rooms, still not given back after 5 days. Tried to checkin with reception/manager was told to use self check in. Apart from convenience on location I won't be returning.
